6 year old Glencadam single malt, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels which were laid down in 2011 and cracked open in 2017. A release of 685 bottles from Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Grassy barley with a touch of brown sugar. Dried oak and fruity esters.
Palate
Caramel, Mint Imperials, light hints of apricot. Orange oil.
Finish
Banana fritters and brown bread.
