Nose

Cooked rhubarb, anise, honey, vanilla pod, and soft oak.

Palate

Raspberry jam on brown bread, cinnamon, caraway, orange zest.

Finish

Heavy vanilla and toffee, with hints of cinnamon, fizzy oak, and raspberry.
