Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Malty and sweet with sugared almonds, vanilla ice cream and hints of lemon zest.

Palate: Fruity at first, with orange and pear, followed by peppery notes on the mid-palate. Quite creamy.

Finish: Long and vanilla-rich.

Overall: Those bourbon barrels imparted plenty of character with this Glencadam.
