Glencadam is located in the Eastern highlands and was briefly mothballed betweem 2000 and 2003. This whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2009.
Nose: This Glencadam is particularly aromatic with notes of tulips and violets with further notes of basil and oregano.
Palate: The palate is sweet with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: The finish creamy with notes of mixed spice and rhubarb.
Overall: This is a light whisky which makes for a great pre-dinner drink!
