14 year old single malt from the Glencadam Distillery, which was distilled back in 2006 and allowed to age in a ex-bourbon American oak cask. Following that, it was treated to a finishing period in Cognac casks, imparting vibrant fruit notes. 4,800 bottles were produced.
Caramelised peanuts, sponge cake, blackberries.
Upside-down cake, almond, fresh lemon, toffee, cigar box.
Honeyed cereal, malt loaf, dark chocolate.
