Every bottle of Glencadam 10 is an example of how good whisky can be at great price, and for me sets the benchmark for quality and taste.
I had the pleasure of taking part in an online tasting session with this, my local distillery, samples sent included this dram and a bottle was bought to confirm my opinion. To my personal taste and taste is subjective, this can hold it's head high in a competitive market as a fine malt.
This whisky was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. You can taste the alcohol which I love, more so that its accompanied by a beatiful flavour. Highly recommended...
Probably my favourite tipple of the moment. It's light, it's airy, it's fresh aromatic edge and subtlety make this a MUST buy. It's great neat or with the addition of a few drops of good water, either way it's subtle fruitiness and lightest touch of malt make it a very good dram indeed.
Just opened my first bottle of this and now I know why this gets good reviews. This stuff is fantastic, and I find it very close to MOM's tasting notes. Once I start sharing this with my lad, I can't see it lasting long!
