Another cracking Càrn Mòr bottling here, and this time it's a single malt from the Glenburgie Distillery. It was distilled in 2012 and matured in bourbon casks until 2021, when it was bottled up for Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range. A release of 1,410 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Honeyed malt and cooked fruit, with some fresh strawberry notes developing later on.
Palate
Milky tea, with a touch of herbaceousness to it. Still packed to the brim with fruit notes on the palate.
Finish
Brown sugar, redcurrant, ginger snaps.
