A Strictly Limited bottling of eight year old Glenburgie single malt, distilled in 2012 and matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts before being bottled up by Càrn Mòr in 2020. Like the name suggests, there are only a finite number of bottles of this whisky that exist (663 of them, in fact), so if sherried Glenburgie is your idea of deliciousness, you'll want to snap one up before they're gone.

Nose
Strawberries and cream, sponge cake and a little hint of grilled peach.
Palate
Dates, biscotti, sherried peels and barley.
Finish
Brown sugar, cinnamon and cocoa.
