Single cask single malt from the great Glenburgie distillery in the Speyside region, bottled for the Hepburn's Choice range. It was distilled in 2007 and set aside to mature in a bourbon barrel for 8 years, until Langside came along and bottled it up in 2016 with an outturn of 320 bottles.
Barley forward, with a whisper of strawberry fruitiness developing in the background.
Banana, mint and a squeeze of lemon. Oat biscuits and a pinch of black pepper.
Brown sugar, nutmeg and apricot pastries.
