A Càrn Mòr bottling of Glenburgie single malt matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 5 years, from 2011 to 2017. A release of 610 bottles from the aptly-named Strictly Limited indie bottling range.
Strawberry jam on toast, spicy cardamom and a pinch of pepper.
Another helping of fresh fruit, though now with a zesty helping of lemon at the core.
Medium length. Malty and sweet.
