Back in June of the year 1995, this single malt was distilled at Glenburgie and allowed to rest in a pair of hogsheads. It was a pretty long rest – all the way until July 2022, when it was bottled up by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection. A total of 420 bottles were drawn from this cask, and it was bottled at 56.7% ABV.
Lilac blossom and citrus (lemon and lime) lead with sultanas and funky fruits in support.
Orchard fruit arrives with milk chocolate and vanilla.
Gingery and sweet.
