Nose
Honey'd cereals and a hint of grist sweetness. Juicy kumquat and a pinch of nutmeg.
Palate
Stone fruits covered in fresh cream, oily walnut and sesame seed-coated crackers.
Finish
Subtle rye-like spice. Waxy peels.
