From the cracking Cask Strength Collection indie bottling series comes a 23 year old Glenburgie, distilled all the way back in June 1995. It was allowed to age in a single hogshead until March 2019, when Signatory bottled it up at cask strength (which makes sense, considering the bottling range name). A release of 243 bottles.
Apple pie, wet grass and a good helping of allspice.
Chocolate orange, nutty malt, ginger and melted butter.
Lingering citrus, as well as a touch of old leather.
