Another addition to the extensive Cask Strength Collection from Signatory! This time, they've bottled some delicious 21 year old Glenburgie single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that housed the whisky from June 1995 to April 2017. 429 bottles were produced.
Pineapple cake drizzled with treacle, almond pastries and a hint of apricot.
Still rich in caramel and chewy fruits, now joined by a touch of cinnamon spice.
Zesty citrus and drying (slightly bitter) oak.
