An independent bottling of 21 year old Glenburgie single malt, aged in a hogshead cask from June 1995 to April 2017. Following that maturation, it was bottled by the wonderful chaps at Signatory as part of their Cask Strength Collection with an outturn of 188 bottles.
Cherry ice cream, orange pith and nutty brown bread.
Breakfast table treats - marmalade, lemon curd and sugary cereals!
Dried pineapple and citrus peels.
