A Gordon & MacPhail Cask Strength bottling of 21 year old Glenburgie single malt, drawn from a single first fill puncheon. It was distilled in June 1995 and aged until September 2016, when it was bottled at 57.9% ABV.
Sugared orange peels and marmalade. Oloroso Sherry richness, with touches of dark chocolate hiding in there.
Walnut Whips, Demerara sugar, burnt oak and a characteristic note of strawberry.
Juicy apples covered in caramel, dotted with hints of raisin.
