This delicate Speysider was distilled over at Glenburgie in December 1999, and whacked straight into a single refill hosghead. On its 20th birthday in December 2019, the single malt was bottled by Douglas Laing for the wonderful Old Particular series, with an outturn of 336 bottles at 51.4% ABV.
Spiced cooked apple, with floral oak and a hint of cut grass.
Ground almonds and ginger cake with vanilla custard, supported by orange chocolate.
Porridge with honey and a spoonful of orange marmalade.

Too late now I know but this has been the single best whisky I have ever drunk.The depth mixed with delicacy is sublime and its almost slightly bitter orange finish is supurb I just wish I had added to my own personal stash of four bottles before it was sold out.Although it did allow me to find out that all Glenburgie whisky is really good but this one was divine
