Glenburgie 10 YO 2011

Na Bràithrean is a firm of independent bottlers. The name means “the brothers” in Scottish Gaelic. Glenburgie is a Speyside distillery that is very rarely seen bottled as a single malt. This spent ten years in a refill bourbon hogshead and then finished in a pinot noir ex-Islay cask. It's bottled at 50% ABV, all-natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sweet vanilla and orchard fruit on the nose with spice, and a touch of smoke.

Palate Sweet dark fruit on the palate with black pepper, chilli, and wood fire.

Finish Lingering smoke and spice.
