Single Malt
Scotland
Sherry
Fruity Glenburgie single malt placed in a small 50 litre ex-Pedro Ximénez cask for its final 6 months of maturation for more rich, fruity goodness.
Fruity, creamy Campino and peach melba, honey, stewed fruit with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
Thick and fruity with sweet prunes, peach and touches of apple crumble.
Drying, slightly green and jammy - rich Glenburgie character.

Utterly ridiculous. The spirit character is almost unimportant - the cask is all that's at stake here. Epically delicious, rounded, but punch-you-in-the-face rich and unctuous.
