Distilled at Glenburgie in May of 1985, this was aged for 26 years in cask 6996 before bottling in August 2011 by Duncan Taylor for their Rare Auld range. A release of 233 numbered bottles.
Notes of clean malt, gristy sweetness, porridge with brown sugar, toffee apple, peaches, almond oil and toasty oak.<Br />
Vanilla, crème caramel, thick malty core, tropical fruits, apple wood and a little honey.
Toast with honey, peach melba and barley.
