Distilled at GlenAllachie in 2011, this single malt spent a decade maturing in oak casks, and nine months in a small octave cask. Bottled in 2021 by Duncan Taylor for The Octave series, exactly 100 bottles were released.
Honeyed fruit, a whiff of citrus zest, fresh oak, and almond butter.
A good hit of baking spice, nutmeg, poached pear, and toasted oak with creamy caramel.
Berries and chocolate, spiced nuts, and rich malt with a touch of apple tart and bold oak.
