It's a 2014 vintage GlenAllachie drawn from French Limousin virgin oak and classic oloroso sherry casks, bottled at a muscular 57.4% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered. The virgin oak brings structure, spice and grip, while the sherry casks add depth, richness and a reassuring sense of familiarity.
