Sherry
Very well-matured single malt from GlenAllachie, aged in a single sherry butt for 39 years and bottled in celebration of the distillery's 50th anniversary. It was distilled in December 1978 and bottled in February 2018 at cask strength - only 120 bottles were produced. This was one of the first whiskies released by GlenAllachie since Billy Walker (formerly of BenRiach) purchased the distillery in 2017.
A rush of raisins, dark chocolate and spices, followed by hints of orange peel and liquorice.

I should buy 3. One for drink, one for collection and one for exchange. If you still can find it in the market now, just buy it!
