A well-matured, heavily sherried, single cask single malt from the GlenAllachie Distillery – always a treat! This one is a 32 year old expression, matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon from 1989 to 2021, then bottled up at cask strength. 676 bottles were produced.
Intense notes of mocha and treacle, followed by heather honey, sultanas, and eucalyptus.
Waves of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and figs, followed by nutmeg, pineapple, and orange zest.
