Description

Feast your eyes on Batch 4 of GlenAllachie 30 Year Old! It was aged in vintage Sherry puncheons selected by master distiller Billy Walker, three Pedro Ximénez and two oloroso casks, then bottled at a cask strength of 49.1% ABV without added colouring or chill filtration to let the extraordinary liquid speak for itself.

Nose

Dark chocolate, honeycomb, and raisin butter, with hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup, and glazed almonds.

Palate

Rich cocoa, heather honey, and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasse.

Finish

Notes of Black Forest gâteau, grape must, and orchard fruits.
