The third batch of the much-anticipated 30 year old release from GlenAllachie is a combination of exquisitely aged whisky. This edition of the Speyside single malt brings together whisky matured for three decades in Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry hogsheads, as well as American virgin oak casks. With the whisky hand selected and blended by Billy Walker, this limited expression will delight any connoisseurs of spectacularly sherried whisky.
Bursting with roasted almonds, honey and orchard fruits, with hints of worn leather and butterscotch, followed by orange zest and dark chocolate.
Lashings of grape must, hazelnut and honeycomb, followed by citrus fruits, toffee brittle and hints of ginger spice.
