GlenAllachie has released its second batch of fantastic 30 year old single malt Scotch whisky! Following on from the amazing first batch, this expression was drawn from six Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, along with a pair of American virgin oak barrels, selected by master distiller Billy Walker. A release of 2,000 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose: Bursting with heather honey, sultanas and mocha, followed by waves of cinnamon, coconut shavings and dried fruits.

Palate: Lashings of dark chocolate, figs and orange zest, with hints of treacle, raisins and cinnamon, with nutmeg on the finish.
