An indie Glenallachie, aged in a single refill hogshead for 21 years. It was distilled in 1995 and bottled by Hunter Laing in 2017 with a small outturn of just 242 bottles for The First Editions range (which take design inspiration from old books - fancy!).
Buttered crumpets, marmalade and robust malt.
Subtly bitter chocolate. Layers of vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce.
Malted chocolate, crunchy brown sugar.
