A 20 year old single malt distilled by the glorious Glenallachie distillery and matured in a pair of hogshead casks from October 1996 to February 2017. It was independently bottled by Signatory.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Nutty malt and fragrant thyme. A hint of butterscotch.
Palate
Chocolate mousse, old oak furniture, violet and lemon curd.
Finish
Lots of cinnamon and vanilla-y barley.
