A 20 year old Glenallachie single malt, independently bottled by Signatory. This was distilled in October 1996 and aged in a pair of hogshead casks until June 2017.

Nose
Honey'd barley, honeydew melon, sponge cake.
Palate
Almond pastries, a touch of charred oak, peach, white pepper.
Finish
Clove and caramel.
