Nose
Filo pastry with a dusting of icing sugar, a few sultanas and dried apricot pieces.
Palate
More pastry notes - now more like almond-coated croissants. Citrus blossom and whispers of smoke.
Finish
Cinnamon, vanilla-y barley and marmalade.
