Description

A 20 year old Glenallachie single malt, aged in a single cask from October 1996 to November 2016. Another tasty indie bottling from the fine folks at Signatory.

Nose

Filo pastry with a dusting of icing sugar, a few sultanas and dried apricot pieces.

Palate

More pastry notes - now more like almond-coated croissants. Citrus blossom and whispers of smoke.

Finish

Cinnamon, vanilla-y barley and marmalade.
