Part of the distillery's single cask series is the 18 Year Old sherried GlenAllachie. Distilled in February 2001, the Speysider was then left in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead for the following 18 years. In August 2019 the whisky was bottled at cask strength, with 307 bottles released at 55.1% ABV.

Nose

Dark chocolate orange, fresh apple, sultana and chai spices.

Palate

Crunchie bar, maple syrup and a good helping of raisin, with orange peel and toffee.

Finish

Sweet cinnamon, toffee and dark chocolate.
