In this expression from the GlenAllachie range of single cask whiskies the Speyside single malt has enjoyed a generous 16 years of maturation in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead between 2006 and 2022. With only 376 bottles released, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this sherried single malt is bursting with dried fruit character.
Nougat, dusty cocoa powder, dark caramel, allspice, and rich Dundee cake.
Sticky dates, toasted oak, cocoa nibs, and baking spices.
Oaky vanilla, with spices building.
