From GlenAllachie's Single Cask range comes a 15 year old expression, which was distilled back in 2005. It was bottled in September 2020 after a finishing in an American virgin oak barrel which had a medium toast and #3 char. Just 281 bottles were produced.
Hazelnut, buttery vanilla, a hint of fruity esters and ripe banana, plus some toasted oak spiciness.
Nutty malt with a touch of marzipan, juicy apricot, heather honey and mint.
Stem ginger, black pepper and lemon.
