The folks at GlenAllachie have released a rather excellent 13 year old single malt in celebration of Ralfy.com's 10th anniversary! For 10 years, Ralfy has been releasing excellent whisky reviews and vlogs, so a special edition whisky seems an appropriate celebration for this milestone. It was distilled back in April 2006 and matured in a Port pipe until May 2019, when it was bottled with an outturn of 890 bottles. Here's to many more, Ralfy!
Dried berries atop vanilla ice cream, freshly made coffee, red chilli flakes and barley.
Waxy orange, toffee, a kick of ginger and black pepper heat, fruit tea and chocolate chip cookies.
Fizzy oak and strawberry laces, just a touch of chocolatey malt lasts.
