GlenAllachie 12 Years Old 2006 (cask 897) - (Spirit of Speyside Festival 2018)
Distilled in April 2006, this GlenAllachie 12 year old was produced for the Spirit of Speyside Festival. A fairly sweet Speysider bottled at cask strength, with 1,028 bottles released.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Apple and ginger, some sherry influence, sweet notes of honey, caramel, vanilla fudge, and a handful of almonds. Think fresh pancakes with a sprinkle of sugar and freshly-squeezed lemon.
Palate
More apples, honeycomb, liquorice root, butterscotch and rich mocha notes.
Finish
Fruity, warming and peppery.
