A single cask Speyside delight from Cadenhead’s, distilled in 2012 and matured for 12 years in an oloroso sherry cask before bottling at cask strength, a huge 65.8% ABV. Limited to just 402 bottles, this captures GlenAllachie’s honeyed house style with rich layers of sherried depth.
Toffee apple, dates, and walnut cake with sweet spice.
Full-bodied with treacle, dried fruit, and cocoa-dusted nuts.
Long, nutty, and warming with lingering raisin and oak spice.
