GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Palo Cortado Sherry Cask Finish - The Wood Collection 70cl Whisky

GlenAllachie selected a host of puncheons and hogshead casks that previously held palo cortado sherry to finish this characterful single malt. Matured for a total of 11 years and bottled at a satisfying 48% ABV for The Wood Collection, it's layered with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha, and warming cinnamon.
