Each batch of GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength single malt showcases the importance of cask management under the watchful eye of master distiller Billy Walker. Drawn from a combo of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso, red wine, and new oak casks, it's bottled at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration. Just look at that splendid hue!
