Seven-year-old single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2015, and matured in a single hogshead until 2023. Boasting a hearty ABV of 60.1%, a total of 299 bottles join the range from Spirits Shop' Selection.
Vibrant barley brings notes of cut grass, honey, floral vanilla, and cooked apple, backed by a touch of sawdust.
Soft fruits and fresh oak join notes of creamy milk chocolate, while warming cinnamon and nutmeg develop in the depths.
Roasted nuts, charred oak, drying spice, and a trickle of caramel.
