23 year old Glen Spey single malt, bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask range. This was distilled in June 1994 and bottled at cask strength in June 2017 with an outturn of 210 bottles.

Nose

Mint leaf, pencil shavings, kumquat and melon.

Palate

Following on from the fruity notes on the nose, hints of dried apricot and sultana appear.

Finish

Malty chocolate and ground ginger.
