An indie bottling of Glen Spey single malt, drawn from a single cask and bottled as part of Duncan Taylor's Dimensions range. It was distilled in December 1991 and bottled in November 2015 with an outturn of 260 bottles.

Nose

Milky tea, grass, almonds and crumbly digestive biscuits.

Palate

Apples, pears and marzipan and some simmering spice.

Finish

Subtly minty on the finish.
