A grand single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2006 and filled into a single virgin oak barrel. After a 15 year layover, the cask was opened up by independent bottler Alistair Walker, releasing a total of 237 bottles for its Infrequent Flyers series.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A big helping of chocolatey malt, toffee apple, and cinnamon.

Palate: Cooked orchard fruits, delicately spiced. Hazelnut vanilla cream and set honey sweetness lead to bold, peppery barley.

Finish: Oily malt, toasted almonds, and spicy oak tie things up, with buttery stone fruits on the tail.
