    Single cask single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in May 2009 and matured in a bourbon hogshead for twelve years. In 2021, the team at James Eadie opened up the cask and bottled the glorious whisky at cask strength of 56.8% ABV, with a total of 286 bottles produced.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Red berries and tart plums with silky vanilla cream, salted chocolate, and fresh sawdust.

    Palate

    Sweet orange peel, fragrant baking spice, juicy pear, and green oak.

    Finish

    Nutty wafts of cedar and spicy oak, nutmeg, vegetal barley, and waxy honeycomb.
