Wine Cask
11-year-old single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2011 and matured in American oak before finishing in a marsala fortified wine cask. The whisky was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., releasing a total of 318 bottles to join The Cooper's Choice collection.
Fruit scones, a touch of coffee, oaken vanilla, poached pear.
Notes of marmalade and sultanas join cooked stone fruits, with a touch of chocolate in tow.
Buttery toffee, ginger, salted caramel, and a touch of nutmeg.
