11 year old Glen Spey single malt independently bottled by James Eadie after enjoying a finishing period in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Just 288 bottles were produced.
Intense chocolatey sweetness with an underlying touch of sea salt.
Dried fruit and orange peel, supported by a touch of grassy malt buried underneath.
Toffee apple and another hint of salinity.
