Glen Spey 10 Year Old 2011 – The Half Moon (James Eadie)

From the glorious Glen Spey Distillery in Speyside comes a ten year old single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by the marvellous James Eadie. This edition was drawn from a pair of recharred hogsheads that were filled in 2011 and emptied in 2022, and has been bottled at 46% ABV. Its name, The Half Moon, is an homage to a pub that James Eadie owned back in the old days.
