A 2000 vintage Glen Scotia single malt Scotch whisky here, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice at 56.2% ABV. It was aged in a refill American hogshead cask for 23 Years and only 228 bottles were filled.
Lemon aromas give way to undertones of cocoa powder and heather honey.
Demerara sugar and red apple flavours are balanced by cracked black pepper.
Full and spicy with tropical fruit.
