This is a 16 year old Glen Scotia single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Murray McDavid. It has been matured in a combination of bourbon and wine casks, resulting in an interesting juxtaposition of light smoke and intense grape sweetness. 2,500 bottles were produced.
Red berries, Sherried peels, salted crackers, cantaloupe.
Blueberry pancakes with salted butter, vanilla, dried fruit, big bunches of grapes, orange and a hint of mown grass.
Chocolate pretzels and more red grapes.
